Sessions last one hour and will motivate and challenge you to achieve your goals. We offer a "Body MOT" service- an ideal way to touch base with your body and fitness levels. Group Fitness Classes

Fitness classes are a great way to get fit, stay fit, meet new friends and have fun! To book, simply contact us, or turn up on the day.
We welcome adults of all abilities to all of our classes. Our friendly and welcoming staff are dedicated to making you feel comfortable, and helping you to get the most out of your workout! Fitcamp is circuit training that will improve your cardio and muscular fitness, and burn fat - fast! Fitcamp 55 is a fitness and flexibility class for over 55's. You'll work on flexibility, muscular and cardio fitness, and improve co-ordination with motor skills training. Kettle fit is an exciting and invigorating whole body workout using Kettlebells.Bootcamp is outdoor fitness training, it's vigorous, challenging and fun! Our class content changes weekly so your workout stays fresh and exciting. 

Fitness Studio

Our fitness studio has all the equipment you need to achieve your fitness goals. You'll be able to train in complete privacy in a pleasant environment.You won't have to wait to use any equipment, and everything is maintained to the highest standards so you can be sure everything is clean and works. Your Personal Trainer will accompany you at all times to help you get the most out of your session and to ensure equipment is used correctly and safely.
